Lisieux and The Miraculous Medal led by Fr Michael Durand of Westminster Cathedral
Introduction
The principal focus of the pilgrimage will be on St Theresa of Lisieux. The highlights will be our two days in Lisieux, where Theresa lived and died, undoubtedly a Saint for our times. What she left to the world was a simple way of how to love through living a very ordinary life. Our second highlight is the visit to the Chapel of the miraculous medal and the convent in Paris where St Catherine Laboure is buried.
Travel will be by air-conditioned executive coach, starting from and returning to Westminster Cathedral.

DAY TWO - SATURDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER
Lisieux
DAY THREE - SUNDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER
Lisieux

After breakfast the coach departs for Paris, where we visit the Rue du Bac, the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal and the convent where St Catherine Laboure is buried. It was in this chapel that in 1833 Our Lady gave Sr Catherine the medal that was to be called 'miraculous' owing to the great many conversions and healings worked through it. Mass will be celebrated here, and afterwards we visit the Chapel of St Vincent de Paul in St Lazare. We break for lunch at choice before re-joining our coach for the return journey to Calais where we travel by Le Shuttle and onward to London, where we arrive mid-evening.
